We are here to help your organisation meet the policy challenge…
In a fast moving and internationally wired world, all organisations are constantly affected by policy of national governments and transnational bodies. Not engaging with these policy-makers is not an option – failure to do so can lead to failure of your organisation and devastating consequences to your policy goals.
The Academy’s team can deploy its extensive experience of Government, Parliament, the EU and other international bodies to support you in your dealings with policy-makers.
We meet with you to discuss your requirements and undertake our own diagnostic assement before recommending a course of action which could either be; consultancy help, to assist you in putting together strategy and policy documents, or a pragmatic training intervention, to provide your team with updated skills or a mixture of the two.
We are here to help foreign governments and parliamentarians…
We provide advice and training on the UK system of Government and Parliament helping governments from other nations engage more effectively with the UK.
We assist foreign governments in developing the machinery of government required to bring about collective decision-making and provide effective support to ministers.
The Academy’s team will deploy former ministers, senior civil servants and parliamentarians to help foreign governments in country as well as in the UK. We have extensive experience of working with Governments across all continents.
We are here to help UK Civil and Public Servants…
From helping you formulate your own strategy and policy position, through to skilling up your people to deal with policy-makers in the UK and across the globe, we are able to provide training that will help you fulfill your current and future job roles and meet the Professional Skills for Government (PSG) competences.
The Academy’s team includes civil servants who have worked across all the Departments of State, the Devolved Administrations and other public sector bodies. Our training events are anchored by a former civil servant tutor with contributions from others including serving or former ministers and parliamentarians.
